Eligibilities

  • have an official statement, dated 1991 or later, from the Department of Veterans Affairs or from a branch of the Armed Forces, certifying as having a compensable service connected disability of 30% or more OR

3. Are you an active duty service member with a statement of service showing that you expect to be honorably discharged or released from the armed forces under honorable conditions no later than 120 days after submitting your application? Be sure to provide an additional SF-50 which clearly demonstrates you meet the time-in-grade requirements (appropriate SF-50s include Promotions, Within Rate/Grade Increases (WRI/WGI), and appointment/conversion SF-50s with an effective date more than one-year old).
