C. I am a SES Candidate Development Graduate and have been certified by OPM. (You must submit your certificate in lieu of the ECQ's. A narrative response must be provided for each MTQ's. Failure to submit the required documents will result in your application being ineligible for consideration.)

D. I do not meet or have any of the experience described above.
