Specialized Experience: GS-12- Do you possess at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the federal service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of an EEO Manager. The required specialized experience includes applying knowledge of Federal EEO Law, regulations, policies, and court decisions and skill sufficient to carry out program assignments; applying knowledge of the operation principles of the EEO program to include, theories of discrimination, counseling process, the complaint process, investigative practices and principles, the roles of the Diversity and Inclusion committee and Special Emphasis Programs, as well as all required and related plans and reports; applying working knowledge of the principles of personnel management and federal personnel regulations that provide the basis for recommending changes in employment policies and practices; making technical recommendations for actions in complaint cases; monitoring and evaluating the EEO program to ensure quality service and responsiveness to employee needs; and participating in projects, workgroups and/or subcommittees relevant to EEO program areas.

2.
