AREA 1: Current permanent and indefinite technicians of the Nebraska Army or Air National Guard; and current Title 5 employees of the Nebraska Military Department who are military members of the Nebraska National Guard.
AREA 2: All Drill Status/M-Day members and temporary technicians of the Nebraska Air or Army National Guard.
AREA 3: Current military service members who are willing and eligible to become members of the Nebraska Air or Army National Guard.
AREA 4: All qualified candidates eligible and willing to become a member of the Nebraska National Air or Army National Guard prior to the effective date of hire.

3. Gather and organize MCP material, establishes a suspense system, and provide accurate information to the Division Chiefs and Managers within the DCSLOG/G4 organization for preparation of their input into the Command MCP. (limit characters)
4. Assist in the development of inspection schedules, coordinate with managers, develop inspection areas through analysis of previous inspection results and highlight known vulnerabilities and problem areas (limit characters)
5. Serve as the DCSLOG/G4 focal point for all personnel actions to include performance evaluations, standards, job announcements, and other SF-52 actions. (limit characters)
6. Maintain personal contact with DCSLOG/G4 employees, functional managers (Army), NGB personnel, and state personnel to discuss administrative requirements and services, provides technical advice and guidance, and recommends methods and procedures where necessary. (limit characters)
7. Prepares annual Financial Disclosure forms for appropriate personnel and ensures they are submitted in accordance with established NGB deadlines. (limit characters)
8. Coordinate with Army publications sources to accomplish ordering, locating electronic publications, updating the 12 series requirements, and maintaining a current and complete publications library for the DCSLOG/G4 organization. (limit characters)
9. Review incoming correspondence, publications, regulations, and directives, which may affect the DCSLOG/G4 or programs within the DCSLOG/G4 purview relative to the Army National Guard. (limit characters)
10. Prepare and/or review outgoing correspondence from the office of the DCSLOG/G4 or subordinate divisions for grammar, construction, proper format, attachments, continuity of text, policy and procedural adherence, and compliance with the DCSLOG/G4 viewpoint. (limit characters)
11. Schedule appointments and meetings, independently, based upon personal knowledge of their workload and current issues of importance. (limit characters)
