This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for access for the duration of employment. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450 is used to assist agencies and employees to avoid conflicts between duties and financial interest. This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R. Are you willing to disclose your financial affiliations prior to employment and annually thereafter to obtain and maintain employment in this position?

This position is subject to a Temporary Duty or business travel requirement of 20% of the time. Are you willing to and able to travel from your permanent duty station up to 20% of the time?

This position has been designated as "Mission-Critical Emergency Employee" for continuity of Government Operations (COOP). During periods of contingency operations incumbent may be required to work overtime, or perform work from areas other than the primary duty location. This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Unless specifically waived by the appropriate Army official, or if the employee is Grandfathered under 10 U.S.C. 1736 (c) (1), Selectee must be an Acquisition Corps (AC) member at the time of permanent selection for the position or have been granted a waiver. Are you currently an Acquisition Corps member or are you willing and able to attain a waiver for Acquisition Corps membership by the time of permanent selection?

This is a Critical Acquisition Position. This position requires the selectee to remain in Federal service for at least 3 years. Are you willing to sign a written agreement to remain in Federal service for 3 years?

The NH-04 band is equal to the GS-14 step 01 through GS-15 step 10. This position is subject to the NH-04 Division Chief / Division Chief equivalent control point of the ATEC Control Point Policy at $172,500 per year (Includes locality pay). A one-year supervisory probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement. Are you willing to be subject to a one-year supervisory probationary period if required?
