11. Participate in long range and short-range planning sessions to determine program changes in the preparation of evaluation reports on the status of current resources related to animal welfare and recommends actions for developmental activities.

13. Works with scientists and ARS Office of Communications to develop information products highlighting Research Units research for dissemination through print, broadcast, or online media.
