For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Experience in program development, including oversight of contracting activities; AND
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and making business and technical recommendations that affect the mortgage-backed securities program initiatives; AND
- Experience in standard project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Critical Path Method (CMP), Kanban, Six Sigma (DMAIC or Lean)); AND
- Experience with driving the adoption of agile, lean approaches and DevSecOps to project execution; AND
- Experience leading customer-centric initiatives and balancing conflicting needs of stakeholders; AND
- Experience communicating effectively in both oral and written forums, including as a participant in public speaking industry forums.
