10. Represent the SC Director and/or Operations Director when interfacing with other program stakeholders from Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), U.S. Departments and Agencies, and foreign allies and partners on a wide variety of efforts, programs and issues. 11. Provides expert level liaison support on behalf of the CCMD or Service and maintains close working relationships with a broad spectrum of other agencies, on operational, technical, and analytical efforts both in and out of DoD on a frequent basis. (limit characters)
12. Analyze the effect of high-level decisions (e.g., Service Secretary Staff/OSD), on the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), developing changes in areas where necessary and preparing justification rationales to support the SC program changes. (limit characters)
