Assessment 1
To be qualified for this position at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. This experience is defined as:
- Performing compliance monitoring through the evaluation of risk assessment of Federal Housing Administration Single-Family mortgage loans; AND
- As a member of a team or panel, providing results of the analysis of a lender's operations and determining if their operations and Quality Control program meets FHA requirements; AND
- Applying Federal Housing Administration compliance requirements on items such as quality control programs, credit reports, asset documents, or appraisals; AND
- Reviewing Lender Self Reports for origination and servicing and determining the correct remedy when material errors are present.
