Do you have 52 weeks of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 level (or above) in the federal service that is in or related to the work of the position filled and has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such specialized experience is described as a high level of knowledge and skill in the Executive Branch, including serving in a Senior Legislative role for a member of Congress or Congressional committee, experience providing leadership and direction in the planning, and evaluating present and proposed congressional policies, programs, procedures, and operations. Interacting with and maintaining liaison with members of Congress, their staffs, and with other Federal officials and agencies on activities that relate to appropriations, legislative initiatives and inquiries regarding general policy that affects an agency. Works closely with staff members to carry out high-level coordinative, consultative, technical, and advisory congressional relations services

Do you have experience evaluating the implications and feasibility of plans and proposals and provides advice on recommended changes in plans as appropriate?

Do you have experience requesting, organizing, and researching historical background and briefing material on program matters for use by senior executive staff?

Do you have experience conducting special studies and projects on programs involving review, evaluation, and recommendation for improvement in existing policies, processes, and legislation?
12.
Do you have experience attending hearings, markups, press conferences and floor actions considered to be of interest and importance?
13.
Do you have experience providing speeches or gives talks to members of Congress and their staffs on policies and issues of importance to their constituencies?
