Evaluate content of new or modified legislation related to energy/ environmental justice for projected impact upon programs and/or resources.

Assist in negotiating the scope of work for specific projects that involve Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs with performers.
6.
Monitor milestones and funding requirements in order to make recommendations to keep projects on track.
7.
Ensure and facilitate the incorporation of energy and environmental justice goals for the organization.
8.
Contribute to the development, deployment of clean energy technologies and services to underserved communities.
9.
Analyze and interpret legislation, Executive Orders, and regulations relevant to energy and environmental justice collaborations and opportunities
10.
Advise management on how to maximize benefits of existing and new energy and environmental justice projects.
