Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the GS-14: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service, public or other private sectors. Specialized experience for this position includes all of the following:

- Experience developing IT policies and procedures (such as system requirements and specifications, control of system access, and protection of system data) for community development financial institutions (CDFIs); AND
- Experience performing analysis in developing business cases for IT projects (such as conducting cost vs. benefit analysis and ROI analysis) for community development financial institutions (CDFIs); AND
- Experience developing user requirements documents for automated systems within community development financial institutions (CDFIs)  (Examples could include project definitions, process diagrams, functionality matrices, requirement traceability matrices, risk and vulnerability assessments, and reporting or other output specifications that are required).
