I am a military spouse who is currently married to my active duty sponsor. I am exercising my preference eligibility for positions within the local commuting area of my sponsor's current duty station. Are you a current or former federal employee displaced from a position in a federal agency other than the agency hiring for this position? If yes, confirm:

Conditions of Employment

The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Employee shifts are rotated on a regularly scheduled basis. Are you willing and able to work on a rotating shift basis to meet work requirements?

This position requires proficiency in the use of assigned firearms/weapons, pass an initial qualification, and must qualify semi-annually thereafter in the use of assigned firearms/weapons. All weapons training and qualifications will be conducted IAW AR 190-56 "The Army Civilian Police and Security Guard Program". Are you willing and able to meet this requirement?

9.
Employee must be trained and maintain current required certifications in CPR techniques and must know first aid. May act as a first responder in a medical emergency. Are you willing and able to meet this requirement?

Incumbent may be required to wear chemical protection masks, gloves, and other protective equipment, and may be required to be certified in the use of aerosol irritants and baton. Are you willing and able to meet this requirement?

This position requires the ability to maintain physical conditioning and pass an annual physical agility test (PAT). Failure to meet the PAT requirements as outline is Army Regulation 190-56 "The Army Civilian Police and Security Guard Program". Failure to meet the standards after the second attempt within a ninety-day period will result in separation. Are you willing and able to meet this requirement?

The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
