Do have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level that is in or directly related to performing a variety of broadcasting assignments involving reporting, writing and editing scripts, anchoring and hosting, and audio production and editing a daily English language news radio broadcast?

- Mastery of broadcasting and production methods and techniques.
- Mastery of radio, journalism, and broadcasting principals and methods to write, edit, and produce integrated, targeted, and balanced scripts and radio programs or program segments for a major international or national news organization.
- Knowledge of world-wide audience's political, economic, cultural, social, historical, and religious conditions to effectively communicate with listeners.
- Knowledge of American society, history, and institutions, and general understanding of U.S. foreign policy and goals, to prepare original scripts and produce audio content on complicated subjects, which are accurate, balanced, and comprehensive for a global English speaking audience.
