Inspect store items to ensure they are displayed and in stock in sufficient quantities.

Compile lists of all not-in-stock items to initiate research cause/solution.

Conduct spot checks of vendor receiving documents, noting discrepancies.
9.
Ensure contractors (shelf stocking, custodial, meat processing room cleanup) carry out assigned responsibilities.
10.
Review orders to ensure the correct quantities are on hand to meet customer demand.
11.
Review reports on contractor performance and initiate necessary actions.
12.
Maintain and update perpetual inventory balances on hand (BOH) by line items on the shelves and back up product.

Ensure vendor stocked products are sorted, segregated and made accessible within appropriate storage locations.

Monitor visitor control log.

Complete formal performance appraisals.
