I have a bachelor's or graduate (or higher level) degree with major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. My degree is from an educational program accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

B. I do not possess the education described above.

2. Select the one statement that best describes the experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of a Chiropractor at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 or above grade level in the Federal Service which includes performing axial (spinal) and non-axial (extremity) manipulation for conditions such as facet syndromes, radiculopathy, disc disorders, or connective tissue diseases, reviewing medical histories or drug therapies used in conjunction with chiropractic treatment and diagnosing, managing or treating disorders of the spine/extremities.
