MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify at the GS-13 level you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in federal service or equivalent experience. Specialized experience is defined as: Developing recommendations for leadership on the direction, goals and objectives of programs implemented by tribal organizations; reviewing and analyzing statutes, regulations and policies that impact the health and nutrition systems serving American Indians and Alaska Natives to determine program operations and management; and analyzing, monitoring, commenting and/or recommending changes on issues impacting nutrition assistance programs serving American Indians and Alaska Natives.
