12. In accordance with AR 190-56 dated 15 March 2013, employees must pass a physical agility test (PAT) within 30 days of hiring date and must pass the PAT annually thereafter. The physical agility test includes executing 19 pushups in two minutes and a 1.5 mile run in 17:30 minutes. The PAT is a requirement that must be met in order to continue employment.
