GS-07 Experience: Do you have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to at least the GS-06 level or pay band in the Federal service) that includes performing the following duties: maintains a thorough understanding of all administrative programs within the assigned leadership member(s)'s' purview, thereby minimizing the administrative burden on the leadership team member; Manages administrative and logistical aspects of these large, high profile, monthly meetings; prepares reports; Coordinates all logistics for the meeting to include meeting space, audiovisual requirements, and invitations to presenters and the Board or Committee membership; Works closely with other Executive Office staff to eliminate redundancy and reduce inconsistencies in extensive office processes and practices prepares and maintains minutes of the decisions made by the Board or Committee; Exercises independent decision making in routing action items and assigning suspense dates on all correspondence; Develops background information and composes introductions and welcoming remarks to be given by the assigned executive leadership members at various staff, community or Veteran meetings,Prepares and/or reviews written replies to correspondence for signature by the assigned executive leadership member(s).?
