Assessment 1
Specialized experience is (1) year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, which is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully. This experience is defined as follows:
- Developing functional requirements for automated data processing systems; AND
- Providing training and technical assistance to co-workers and customers on matters related to mortgage loans; AND
- Preparing financial management reports; AND
- Performing on-going evaluations of the overall performance of a financial organization resulting in recommendations to improve its overall operating efficiency and effectiveness; AND
- Completing assignments involving Federal Housing Administration Multifamily Mortgage Insurance Program loans.
