Apply statistical analysis techniques to the analysis and interpretation of hydrologic investigations.

Collect data as a basis for hydrologic modeling.

Participate in, and represent the organization at, briefings, meetings, or conferences on water resource issues .
17.
Promote and maintain cooperative relations with Federal, State, and local agencies concerned with the development and utilization of water resources, and advise other agency officials on problems related to hydrologic monitoring and information management.

Author scientific reports and refereed journal articles describing findings, interpretations, conclusions, and recommendations resulting from complex hydrologic investigations.
