This position requires applicants to have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band, equivalent to the PE-IIA, PT-II, CS-2, or GS-13 level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience preparing and updating a multi-year strategic plan; coordinating and facilitating strategic foresight efforts including analyzing data using trend analysis such as horizon scanning, forecasting, and other foresight tools; and using project management principles and methodologies to track and organize a large number of projects simultaneously.
