This experience must demonstrate knowledge of U.S. domestic law and regulations as these relate to international assistance programs and Federal agency administrative operations. Work experience must also include researching, analyzing, and preparing verbal advice and written briefs, memoranda, and/or other legal documents in two or more of the following areas: Federal Personnel and EEO law; Appropriations Law; laws, regulations, OMB circulars and other rules applicable to Federal grant-making; or Federal administrative law (FOIA, Ethics in Government Act, and/or others).
