Are you fluent in both French and English, both orally and in writing to provide legal advice and ensure compliance with any legal requirements in Francophone countries.?

Are you an active member in good standing of the Bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico?

Do you possess a J.D., LL.B. or LL.M degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association?

Do you have a minimum of three years of post J.D. or LL.B (or an LL.M.) broad, responsible professional legal experience performing professional legal work as a licensed attorney, providing advice in a General Counsel's office, or a federal or other government agency, or in a law firm, or private sector organization? This experience must demonstrate knowledge of U.S. domestic law and regulations as these relate to international assistance programs and Federal agency administrative operations. Work experience must also include researching, analyzing, and preparing verbal advice and written briefs, memoranda, and/or other legal documents in two or more of the following areas: Federal Personnel and EEO law; Appropriations Law; laws, regulations, OMB circulars and other rules applicable to Federal grant-making; or Federal administrative law (FOIA, Ethics in Government Act, and/or others).
