Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the GS-13 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:

-Inspect, evaluate, and analyze agency security classification and/or CUI regulations, policies and practices in order to determine the degree of agency compliance with Executive Orders 13526 and 13556, ISOO directives, and applicable agency regulations.; AND

-Evaluating information security programs, regulations or policies (such as: classifying, safeguarding, declassifying classified national security information and/or handling of CUI).; AND

-Providing and communicating technical information to agencies and the public on matters related information security programs, including classification, declassification, and CUI.
