Perform routine minor maintenance on heating and HVAC systems.

Perform repairs and operations on a large-scale irrigation system.

Operate backhoe and other various types of equipment.

Monitor contract status through inspection of work performed under contracts issued.
14.
Assist in the review of contract specifications.
15.
Monitor contractor's performance to ensure compliance with technical requirements of the contract.

Coordinate with the contracting officer to ensure changes in work under a contract are not implemented before a written Price Negotiation Memorandum (PNM) is completed, indicating agreement in costs.
17.
Evaluate, administer, and make suggestions related to contracts.
