SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Utilizing records handling and preservation concepts, laws, regulations, and policies, sufficient to provide advice and guidance to management relative to incorporating preservation program strategies and operational processes.
AND
Proposing and implementing solutions/strategies for preservation program improvement to assure the continuing effectiveness of activities in support of an agency's mission
