This section will be used to determine if you possess quality of experieince for a Intelligence Specialist, GG-0132-12. Failure to respond to this question will result in an ineligible rating.

Prepares briefings and talking/position papers concerning semi-complex to complex matters concerning foreign civil aviation threat and capability analysis for higher graded analyst

Responsible for the production, validity, quality and timeliness of intelligence analysis and the presentation of civil aviation products, to include current and long-term threats posed by civil aviation for thee IC, National Security Council, senior government policy makers, Joint Chiefs of Staff, DoD and other federal government and law enforcement agencies.

Assess civil air activity, intent, capability, operations and practices and developments to IC, DoD, federal government agencies, and law enforcement agencies.
10.
Serves as an IC analyst on worldwide civil aviation operations.
11.
Reviews and evaluates intelligence reports for significance/relevance and validity of data.
12.
Performs a variety of standardized research tasks through review and evaluation of Intelligence Community reporting for content and response to taskings and provides inputs to higher graded specialists.
13.
Demonstrates understanding of intelligence cycle and develops relationships with collectors as appropriate.
14.
Presents semi-complex to complex foreign civil aviation threat and capability analysis to Air Force, national, interagency, and coalition customers within defined area of responsibility.
15.
Prioritizes, coordinates and performs in-depth analysis of semi-complex to complex intelligence information related to foreign civil aviation.
16.
Represents organizations as functional expert on issues related to foreign civil aviation in community working groups, special initiatives, and projects to include administrative assignments to develop knowledge of the mission and organization of the intelligence community.
17.
Develops familiarity with and attends national-level IC working groups.
18.
Assists branch in maintaining ongoing coordination with liaison, and facilitates partnerships with counterparts in the IC and U.S. allies concerned with intelligence analysis of civil aviation.
