  3. Conducting investigations and reviews of human service providers or following up on identified deficiencies; and
  4. Interpreting licensing standards and procedures.

  2. Reviewing and/or auditing human services programs and service providers;
  3. Conducting studies which deal with issues affecting licensing management or human services providers; and
  4. Advising on human service program operations and and quality assurance issues.
