This experience must include time managing and operating family assistance centers within a geographic area of responsibility, knowledge of the Army National Guard's Soldier & Family Readiness Program (SFRP), and demonstrate the ability to provide customer service in support for Legal, Financial, TRICARE, ID Cards/DEERS, and other family assistance related issues.
