Are you a currently employed by the MN Army or Air National Guard as Either Title 5 or T32 technician (Indefinite or permanent)? An SF-50 MUST be provided with your application.

Do you possess at least 1 year of experience equivalent to GS-0301-09 is required. This experience must include time managing and operating family assistance centers within a geographic area of responsibility, knowledge of the Army National Guard's Soldier & Family Readiness Program (SFRP), and demonstrate the ability to provide customer service in support for Legal, Financial, TRICARE, ID Cards/DEERS, and other family assistance related issues.

Do you possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related OR a combination of education and experience that qualify for a GS 11?
