5. This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position at the target grade of GS-11. Selectees must meet position requirements for certification in the Contracting  Acquisition Career Field within 24 months of entrance on duty. 6. This position is subject to a mobility or rotation agreement as a condition of employment. You may be required to Bonneville, OR; Eugene, OR; Rufus, OR; Vancouver, WA based on management needs for the duration of employment in this or successor positions upon placement to the target grade. You will not be required to move to a different geographic location more than once every three years. Your preference, career objectives, and compelling personal needs may be considered, but are not binding on management. Future assignments will be to a position at the same permanent grade or higher-grade dependent upon eligibility.
