TQ 1: Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted investigative principles, techniques, methods, and procedures in order to provide executive leadership to the conduct of extremely complex, and highly sensitive investigations, other technical investigative efforts, and law enforcement functions. 5. TQ 2: Demonstrated knowledge of investigative programs and experience in a law enforcement position. The incumbent must remain current on investigative professional standards, policies and practices in order to conduct investigative projects and oversee investigative programs as well as provide program management advisory services to the DIGI in these areas. TQ 3: Demonstrated prior experience providing advisory services to senior officials and serving as a focal point for inquiries directed to the Office of the DIGI from key officials in OIG, in other departments and federal agencies, the Congress, representatives of State and local governments, grantees, contractors and individuals with respect to the varied functions of investigative programs.
