Eligibilities
1. US Citizens.  Are you a US Citizen? (limit characters)
Preferences
1. Are you a current member of the Arizona Army National Guard? (limit characters)
2. Do you possess the rank of PFC/E3 - MSG/1SG/E8? (limit characters)
3. Do you possess at least one of the following MOS Series: 91, 92? (limit characters)
4. Must have at least 12 months experience, education, or training which demonstrates a thorough knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to the specific assignment. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts. Experience performing routine aspects of supply work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include individual case problems related to a limited segment in one of the major areas of supply management.

1. Knowledge of requisitions, supporting documents and reference material to perform material coordination storage management responsibility for maintenance and production shops. (limit characters)
2. Working knowledge of GCSS-Army for shop and bench stock record accountability, management of recoverable items, and requisitioning and receipt of repair parts. (limit characters)
3. Knowledge to conduct extensive and exhaustive searches for required information in order to resolve issues related to complex, fallacious, or delayed supply transactions. (limit characters)
4. Knowledge and ability to perform routine supply specialist work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include requisition, receipt, and storage of supplies, inventory management, and turn-in processes. (limit characters)
5. Ability to maintain accountability of component hand receipts, toolbox inventories, property hand receipts, TMDE hand receipts. (limit characters)
6. Ability to use reference sources such as federal catalogs, technical manuals, stock lists, or other publications to requisition, identify, or select items for issue, stockage, or turn-in. (limit characters)
7. Ability to set up, operate and inventory a storage and issue system for supplies and repair parts and ensure that work order assigned items are separated from regularly stocked items when they arrive and during their storage. (limit characters)
8. Ability to complete detail-oriented assignments with considerable independence and within established timelines requiring the use of time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. (limit characters)
9. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to include skills in using computers and office productivity software to organize and convey information relevant to supply and maintenance operations. (limit characters)
10. Knowledge and ability to document component shortages correctly and requisition replacements or advise a financial liability investigation of property loss. (limit characters)
