Qualifying specialized experience is: Utilizing quantitative and qualitative research methods to determine the impact of policy options; Training in and/or experience using spreadsheet software (Excel) for advanced functions such as array formulae, lookup functions, or pivot tables; Preparing written documents to describe results and methodologies used; AND Designing, implementing, conducting, and critiquing research and analysis projects.
