5. Coordinate with the State SAPR for performance related issues and concerns to include suspension and revocation of full-time VAs and Wing/Battalion collateral duty VAs credentials' as applicable and IAW DoD and NGB policy. (limit characters)
6. Seek, analyze, and document input about the program and up channels recommendations for modifications to appropriate stakeholders including the Wing/BDE CDR and State SAPR PM. (limit characters)
7. Make technical recommendations for decisions in sexual assault cases. (limit characters)
8. Recommend solutions to problems that adversely affects mission readiness, retention and unit cohesion. (limit characters)
9. Identify priorities and advise management regarding sexual assault prevention and response issues. (limit characters)
10. Construct and/or adjust the Wing/BDE plans, milestones, and evaluation measures (including metrics) to garner success in meeting goals and objectives. (limit characters)
11. Assesses the Wing/BDE need for the creation and/or modification of processes, procedures, contacts, and training necessary to carry out the program and meet DOD and NGB objectives. (limit characters)
12. Advise and provide direction to Wing/BDE personnel regarding SAPR policy, guidance, requirements, and processes. (limit characters)
13. Confirm full time VAs and Wing/Battalion collateral duty VAs are knowledgeable in DOD and NGB SAPR policies, understand unauthorized disclosures of confidential communication, and requirement for sensitivity and protection of victim privacy. (limit characters)
