Monitor, collect, and audit maintenance data reports.

Monitor maintenance performance data systems for compliance with established procedures.
5.
Collect and maintain maintenance performance data for use in analysis reports, studies, and problem identification.

Audit maintenance source data for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with directives.
7.
Coordinate and interact with data services monitors.
8.
Perform database management duties, assists MIS users in correct use and operation.
9.
Prepare visual media for analysis briefings.
10.
Assemble information by extracting and tabulating maintenance data in logical presentation sequence, using automated and manual methods.
11.
Maintain data in tabular, chart, graphic, and summary form for availability forecast development, work center personnel and man-hour forecasts, workload and capability projections, and trend analysis products.
12.
Procure written narratives in support of summaries, analysis reported and studies.
13.
Design information retrievals, and control processing and automated information reporting from unit level to other command levels.
