Leading major project assignments that required a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude. Applying project management principles, practices, methods, and techniques associated with operating in a matrix management organization. Utilizing a variety of computer applications to prepare written reports, spreadsheets, statistical tables, flowcharts, and visual presentations that incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis. Leading and facilitating preparation of analytical reports, policy statements and guidance, implementation plans, and presentations. Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
