Specialized Experience for the CN-60 level: To qualify at CN-60, you must have the following:  One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CN-53 level in the Federal service (For qualification purposes, the CN-53 level is broadly equivalent to the GS-13 level).  

For this position, specialized experience is defined as experience:
1. Serving as a senior advisor/liaison to high-level officials, managing the daily operation and support of an organization (including overseeing records management and travel); AND 
2. Preparing resource estimates, conducting analysis of organization and recommending organizational changes: AND
3. Tracking resource expenditures and usage in 4 of the 5 following areas: 
     a. work related to preparation of and administering budgets and monitoring financial activity;
     b. human capital planning and human resources administration;
     c. procurement;
     d. personnel and physical security;
     e. facilities management oversight, including office space, equipment, property and supplies.
