Applies concepts of datums and coordinate systems accurately to create, edit, combine, and display GPS and GIS data.

Utilizes ArcGIS, ArcGISPro, or similar software to create and edit spatial data from various sources, including on-screen digitizing and importing spatial data from other formats.

Applies basic principles of map making and organizing spatial information in a visual-spatial way to communicate information.

Inputs both routine and complex spatial and non-spatial digital data to draft format, field compilation, CAD, or GIS.

Utilizes GIS software tools to create GPS data dictionaries and field mapping methodologies.
