Assessment 1
To qualify at CN-60, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CN-53 level in the Federal service. (For qualification purposes, the CN-53 level is broadly equivalent to the GS-13 level). For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
  • Directing or performing small business lending data analytics, developing recommendations, and implementing policies or business strategies; AND
  • Serving as a liaison between IT and other business units in an organization regarding project planning, implementation, status, and issue escalation; AND
  • Analyzing business requirements, communicating business needs, and resolving problems related to services provided; AND
  • Participating in planning sessions with business partners to improve business processes; and making recommendations concerning resources, budgets, and acquisition.
