Knowledge of high voltage electric power-generating and distribution equipment (e.g. generators, transformers, switches, circuit breakers, recording instruments, and control systems).

Ability to use test equipment (e.g. oscillators, meggers, phase sticks, phase rotation meters, digital test equipment; cable locating and fault finding equipment).

Construct and install rigid conduits. Pull in conductors, assemble bus bars, phase and connect conductors.
