- Knowledge and understanding of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
- Knowledge of and exposure to the operations and/or the examination of clearing agencies, broker-dealers, transfer agents, investment advisers and/or investment companies.
- Ability to analyze novel problems and devise innovative solutions.
