One year of full-time specialized work experience in scope and responsibility to the next lower level (equivalent to the GS-11) in the federal government or equivalent training and possess experience participating in the research of the Privacy Act and related guidance and regulations. One year of full-time specialized work experience in scope and responsibility to the next lower level (equivalent to the GS-12) in the federal government or equivalent training and experience participating in the research of and rendering legal advice on at least one of the following: The Privacy Act, Federal Information Security Management Act; OMB Circulars and Memoranda, or National Institute of Standards and Technology.
