11. Assist TAG, Assistant TAG, IPP Officer, directorate, and division-level leadership with data-informed courses of action to appropriately resource self-directed harm primary prevention activities and requirements throughout the state.

12. Establish, revise, and review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational design to eliminate barriers to mission accomplishment.

13. Develop performance measures to meet statutory and regulatory compliance, implements quality improvement plans, and assesses the effectiveness of TAG's IPP program.

14. Advise leaders at all levels of best practices and evidence-based programs, policies, and plans that increase primary prevention capacity within their organizations.

15. Conduct educational sessions and briefings for JFHQ leadership and JFHQ Program Managers (i.e., State Family Programs Director, Chaplains, State Equal Opportunity Manager, Resilience, Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention Program Manager, IPP SMEs) regarding the primary prevention of self-directed harm.

16. Work with IPP Officer to elevate promising practices within the state that relate to the early prevention of self-directed harm and report findings up to the NGB.

17. Consult with managers in areas that impact self-directed harm to ensure combined prevention trainings are coordinated to promote and incorporate evidence-based practices and learning objectives and designed for the National Guard (NG) with cross-functional impact.

18. Collect qualitative and quantitative data from Wing/Region activities relative to integrated self-directed harm prevention to ensure program fidelity.

19. Utilize outcome data and metrics from the civilian sector within their S/T/DC or region for comparison to NG data.

23. Coordinate with EO/EEO response personnel to ensure alignment of messaging to JFHQ council or board leadership regarding Healthy Climates/Cultures and Harassment.

24. Serve as the Wing/Region PPI's point of contact for all Healthy Climates/Cultures and Harassment prevention efforts and conducts Site Assistance Visits (SAVs) to the Wings and Regions as required.

25. Assist the IPP Officer in managing information flow between JFHQ, BDEs, Wings, and NGB.

26. Coordinate with full time personnel managing resiliency, suicide, or substance/drug misuse programs to secure access to de-identified data that will be used for developing products, statistical analysis, tracking, reporting, evaluating program effectiveness, and conducting research for the primary prevention of Self-directed harm.
