Interchange Agreement - Are you currently employed as a permanent career or career- conditional employee in a federal agency which has an interchange agreement with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) or with a federal agency covered under other special appointing authorities or agreements (e.g., TSA, U.S. Postal Service, FAA, etc.) and you:
