SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-14:
To be minimally qualified for this position you must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience in major analytical studies and data analysis related to mission critical programs at the division and/or headquarters level of your respective area. Experience in complex flow through entities and the data capture systems such as IMS (Issue Management System) IBMIS (Issue based management information system) yk-1, ERCS (Exam Return Control System), AIMS (Audit information management system), Tableau, A-CIS and CDW (Compliance data warehouse). Experience in a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, for assessing program development, measuring, and evaluating program compliance and accomplishments, identifying significant program or resource issues, and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency at a division and/or headquarter level.

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS GS-14: Under merit promotion procedures, Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
