Experience in complex flow through entities and the data capture systems such as IMS (Issue Management System) IBMIS (Issue based management information system) yk-1, ERCS (Exam Return Control System), AIMS (Audit information management system), Tableau, A-CIS and CDW (Compliance data warehouse). Experience in a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, for assessing program development, measuring, and evaluating program compliance and accomplishments, identifying significant program or resource issues, and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency at a division and/or headquarter level.
