1. GS-15; You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and
responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. One year of experience
refers to full-time work; we consider part-time work on a prorated basis. Examples of qualifying
specialized experience at the next lower level for this position includes: (a) Experience
exercising managerial authorities of the AMS and budget personnel and leading a group of
professionals in performing administrative support, financial management and human resources
functions; (b) Provides analysis and advice on financial matters to program officials, managers,
and resource administrators. Analyzes, evaluates, recommends, and revises annual and
supplemental requests for all working capital fund accounts; AND (c) Possesses a working
knowledge of federal security programs such as physical security, personnel security,
information security, intelligence, the national industrial security program (NISP), and other
security programs to maximize security to the organization.
