1. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. 2. This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health & ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. 3. The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. 4. In accordance with AR 690-11, this position has been designated as "Emergency-Essential". Emergency-Essential designation takes precedence over any transportation agreement or military recall status. In the event of a crisis situation or wartime, the incumbent must continue to perform the duties and requirements of the position to ensure the success of combat operations or to support combat essential systems subsequent to mobilization or an evacuation order. 5. The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles. 14. Incumbent will be required to work outside, exposed to all weather conditions (e.g. foul weather, extreme hot and cold), and of unpredictable terrain or access. Emergency response and remediation activities may include long periods of standing, walking long distances, carrying light to moderately heavy objects (50 pounds or more), climbing multiple flights of stairs, crouching, and conduct confined space operations, all while wearing up to and including OSHA Level A Personnel Protective Ensemble (PPE) for extended periods of time (e.g. 1-hour or more duration).  Are you willing to comply with these conditions of employment?
