A. I QUALIFY FOR THE MA-12 PAYBAND(S). I have a bachelor's degree in accounting OR I have a bachelor's degree in another field (e.g. finance, mathematics, economics) with at least 24 semester hours in accounting. OR I have the appropriate semester or quarter hours described above (24 semester hours), and accounting experience that, when combined with education, would equal a 4-year course of study. The experience has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at the grade level to which appointed.

B. I QUALIFY AT THE MA-13 PAYBAND. In addition to the basic requirement listed in question 1 above, I have the qualifying professional experience or graduate education (or an equivalent of both) as follows. I have six months of professional experience in a field directly related to the position to be filled, or I have half a year of full-time graduate education in a field directly related to the position combination to be filled. My professional experience is as follows: (1) Processing and filing accounting and/or financial documents/records in accordance with accuracy standards; (2) Communicating orally with various employees and/or office staff in order to accomplish accounting task; (3) Communicating in writing via email, memos, and/or written correspondence documents with various employees and/or office staff in order to accomplish accounting tasks: (4)Interpret and analyze policy and regulations.

C. I do not have the education and/or experience listed in A above.
