Assist victims of sexual assault and domestic violence towards the process of recovery, through advocacy and resource information.

Conduct risk assessments of individuals to determine immediate needs and evaluate safety and levels of risks; provide emotional support and guidance to victims in crisis while addressing the individual's needs and desires.

Provide crisis intervention in the immediate aftermath of sexual assault or domestic violence/abuse and develops safety plans based on initial and ongoing risk assessments.

Complete required reports/documents on incidents of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Conduct assessments, to identify risk factors and assist clients to formulate safety plans; and design and implements goals and objectives for service plans.

Collaborate with the local court systems, child welfare and civilian law enforcement agencies regarding family maltreatment and/or sexual assault cases.

Promote awareness of sexual assault and interpersonal violence prevention in the community by performing outreach activities in the preparation for and implementation of the Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month campaigns.

Plan and coordinate prevention and awareness for other programs.
