Develop, coordinate and publish cybersecurity plans, guidance, advisories or public stakeholder messaging, such as information technology or cybersecurity threat and mitigation guidance.

Write and/or edit, review, and publish data and information to stakeholders, such as technical advisories via print and/or social media on cyber threats and recommended mitigation actions.

Ensure cybersecurity information sharing channels are compliant with applicable executive branch and DHS rules, such as Section 508 and the U.S. Web Standards.

Examine data and input from multiple disparate sources and partners to compile into a consolidated product or advisory with the goal of providing thorough and accurate guidance.

Monitor and keep abreast of new developments in cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities to be able to produce updated guidance, such as through alerts, countermeasures, adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and various critical technical information.

Persuade employees and managers to accept and implement findings and recommendations.

Clearly and accurately articulate and author technical guidance on cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, plans, guidance, and/or advisories.

Provide guidance on solutions to enhance ongoing operational coordination and activities.

Review and implement improvements to current work processes, knowledge management systems, and program requirements.

Collaborate with a wide range of partners, i.e. internal, Intelligence Community (IC), and law enforcement partners, etc., to coordinate on joint product and publication development.

Collaborate across agency-wide teams to provide customer service to cybersecurity product and development, such as to review and enhance incident response practices, technical data, and mitigation guidance in support of CISA's information sharing mission.
